Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile and SAFe delivery for multiple software engineering teams, ensuring adoption of best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum and PI ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning) to drive technical alignment and delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and optimize workflows for high-value, high-quality output.
  • Track and analyze Agile and engineering metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, deployment frequency, defect rates) to drive continuous technical improvement.
  • Coach teams through Agile maturity, fostering DevOps culture, self-organization, and technical excellence.
  • Mentor Product Owners and stakeholders in technical backlog refinement, prioritization, and architectural alignment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to translate roadmaps into actionable, technically sound sprint goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate technical accomplishments, risks, and blockers, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead retrospectives and technical improvement initiatives, applying advanced techniques (AI agents, automation, infrastructure as code, cloud-native tools) to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Promote responsible and efficient use of AI for metrics, dashboards, code generation, story writing, estimation, capacity planning, and workflow automation.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scalable technical solutions, especially for AI-driven and cloud-based development.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering OR related degree and/or practical experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, and simultaneous leading at least two Agile Engineering Teams
  • 2+ Years of Software Development Experience.
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams and remote collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills
  • Understanding of Enterprise Application architecture, System Design concepts
  • Ability to lead cross-platform engineering teams supporting the software development life cycle
  • Passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Rally).
  • AI & Automation Literacy: Familiarity with leveraging AI-driven tools and automation for insights and process optimization.
  • Exposure/Experience with leveraging AI for Metrics, dashboards, story writing, sizing, capacity planning/forecast.
  • Fostering teams with efficient and responsible use of AI to gain productivity and automation.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum, Agile, or delivery certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMIACP, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading AI or data-driven engineering teams, including GenAI, ML, or intelligent automation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving experimentation-led delivery, including proofs of concept, pilots, and scaling validated solutions
  • Strong understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud-native platforms)
  • Experience balancing experimentation with enterprise delivery rigor (controls, risk, compliance, production readiness)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., Copilot-style tools, prompt iteration, test generation, documentation automation)
  • Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, and operations
  • Track record of coaching teams and leaders to improve Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and technical excellence
  • Experience leading legacy modernization initiatives, including refactoring, replatforming, or incremental replacement of legacy systems
  • Experience leading delivery involving vendor or thirdparty platforms, including SaaS, COTS, or managed service solutions.
