Frontend Performance Monitoring – Track and report on frontend performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals and site responsiveness, to ensure visibility into client experience across web applications.

CDN & Edge Performance Monitoring – Analyze and monitor performance at the CDN and edge layer (e.g., Akamai) to identify latency, caching, and delivery issues impacting end-user experience.

Performance Risk Identification & Reporting – Identify, document, and communicate performance risks, trends, and degradation across environments, ensuring clear visibility to application and platform teams responsible for remediation.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement – Partner with application and SRE teams to provide performance insights and support root cause analysis, while maintaining clear ownership boundaries where remediation resides with the appropriate teams.
