Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

As a Senior Manager, AI Platforms & Execution, you will play a critical leadership role in translating AI strategy into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will serve as the execution engine for AI initiatives, shaping how use cases evolve from concept into production—ensuring solutions are reliable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent agents, workflow automation, and platform-integrated solutions, while establishing consistent engineering patterns that enable speed, quality, and scale. You will define and operationalize a repeatable delivery lifecycle, driving clarity in how teams plan, build, test, and deploy AI solutions across the organization.

Success in this position requires strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities as you translate complex business needs into executable technical solutions. You will influence platform and tooling strategies by standardizing development environments, defining reusable assets, and ensuring long-term scalability. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including AI enablement, adoption, and measurement teams—to ensure alignment on use case prioritization, successful handoffs, and validation of business outcomes.

As a people and capability leader, you will help scale execution capacity by mentoring engineers, establishing quality and engineering standards, and building an environment where teams can operate effectively in ambiguity. Your ability to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and balance speed with governance will be essential in accelerating Schwab’s AI transformation.
