What You’ll Do:


As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design and deliver secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes and evolving client needs. You’ll combine deep Salesforce platform expertise with a strong interest in agentic workflows and AI‑driven automation, including Salesforce Agentforce. 

You’ll work closely with architects, product teams, and fellow engineers to build scalable solutions, integrate systems, and establish governance that ensures responsible and secure use of emerging capabilities—all while mentoring others and raising development standards across the team. 

This role will be responsible for design and deliver secure, high‑performance Salesforce solutions by building agentic workflows, developing Apex/LWC/Flows and APIs, integrating internal and external systems, and partnering with architects and product teams to establish agent governance and guardrails. 


How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and core platform capabilities to support business outcomes.
  • Build and extend agentic workflows using Salesforce Agentforce, integrating AI‑driven automation responsibly and securely into business processes. 
  • Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. 
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using event driven, API based, and asynchronous integration patterns. 
  • Partner with architects and product teams to define and implement governance, observability, and guardrails for agent‑enabled workflows. 
  • Coach and mentor team members, sharing Salesforce best practices and emerging AI‑assisted development patterns to strengthen team capability.

  • API / REST APIs – Designing and implementing APIs to enable reliable, secure integration between Salesforce and internal or external systems.  
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – Delivering solutions through disciplined design, development, testing, and release practices to ensure quality and maintainability.  
  • Cybersecurity – Incorporating security considerations into development decisions to protect data, systems, and client information.  
  • Problem Solving – Translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions while navigating platform constraints.  
  • Agile Fundamentals & Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Working effectively in Agile delivery models and partnering across teams to achieve shared outcomes.  
  • Developing Others – Coaching and mentoring teammates to promote consistent standards, learning, and growth. 

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have: 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.  
  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.  
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and asynchronous patterns.  
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, platform limits, performance optimization, and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub and GitHub Copilot, to support automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.  
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.  
  • Experience with or exposure to agentic workflows, AI agents, or AI‑assisted automation within Salesforce. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).  
  • Experience with event driven architectures.  
  • Background in mentoring developers and influencing technical standards.
  • Experience in complex domains such as Financial Services Cloud, Contact Centers, or omni‑channel environments.
