We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead and execute advanced test automation initiatives across complex, distributed systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java, REST API testing, and Open source Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Karate combined with a proven ability to design, implement, and execute robust E2E test cases. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

What you have


- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium for web applications

and REST APIs.

- Lead E2E test planning, execution, and reporting for high-impact projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of

business-critical workflows.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for RESTful services, validating API functionality, performance, and

security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and test strategies.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive continuous improvement in test processes and

coverage.

- Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, sharing best practices in automation and E2E testing.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and release confidence.

- Manage test environments and data, ensuring readiness for E2E and regression testing.

- Stay current with industry trends in test automation, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Engineering

- 5+ years developing, executing Performance Scripts, and maintaining automation framework for webservices

and DB Testing

- Hands-on coding experience with Java, C# or other object-oriented programming languages

- Hands-on experience with Open Source Test Automation tools such as Karate, SOATest, Selenium etc.,

- Experience working with FIS/VISA integrations. Knowledge on Codeconnect, ALS, WebCsr is a plus.

- Experience with GitHUB, Bitbucket, Splunk, Postman, Mabl tools

- Experience with Agile development practices

- Deep understanding of exploratory testing practices

- Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for logging bugs and managing test cases (e.g., JIRA/MTM,

Zephyr/HPQ)

- Proven ability to successfully balance and deliver multiple geographically distributed QA projects with

concurrent releases

- Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization and Test Data Management

- Comfortable representing QA in product code reviews

- Ability to scope, size, and oversee risk-assessments across complex projects and schedules
