Advisor Wealth & Asset Management Technology (AWAT) is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Advisor Services Data Delivery team, a technology organization responsible for delivering high-volume data products and solutions that help drive business success. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and Agile champion, partnering with technology, product, and business stakeholders to enable predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple Agile teams. You will influence without authority, remove impediments, facilitate planning and execution activities, and help teams navigate ambiguity while continuously improving delivery outcomes. Success in this role requires strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coach teams toward greater agility, transparency, and self-organization. You will play a critical role in aligning priorities, managing dependencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.

What you have


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross-functional technology teams.
  • Current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, including estimation, planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Agile Collaboration practices across Scrum and Kanban teams.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile environments and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
  • Experience working with distributed, onshore, and offshore technology teams.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise technology products and platforms.
  • Financial services industry experience, including wealth management, advisory, broker/dealer, or investor services organizations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
