Workplace Services Sales & Field Enablement is a multi-faceted organization which supports frontline professionals and a variety of internal partners through Field Enablement, Field Communications, Workplace Services Knowledge Management, CRM Strategy, and Data Analytics. Within the broader org, the Workplace Services Field Analytics & Tools team is responsible for partnering across lines of businesses, product owners, and integration managers to develop a field-facing Salesforce and analytics strategy that enables the field to support clients effectively and efficiently.

The Sr Manager, Sales & Field Analytics & Tools Lead will develop and support the execution of the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of the Workplace Services data and field-facing tools strategy, with an initial focus on Salesforce execution and adoption. You will work cross-functionally with all levels within the Workplace Services enterprise and other Schwab organizations.

What You’ll Do

The Sr. Manager, Workplace Services Sales & Field Analytics & Tools Leader is accountable for defining and executing a unified field-facing analytics and tools strategy that connects business priorities to field workflows, technology, and insights. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Technology, and Enablement, this role ensures Salesforce and field-facing analytics are not standalone tools, but integrated capabilities embedded into daily execution.

Field Tools & Analytics Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the multi-year field enablement platform strategy, inclusive of Salesforce, analytics, and reporting.
  • Establish a clear point of view on how tools, data, and processes should work together to support prospecting, client management, retention, and growth.
  • Translate Workplace Services business strategy into scalable, field-ready capabilities that improve execution and consistency.

Product & Platform Leadership

  • Provide oversight of Salesforce product management, including vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Ensure CRM capabilities reinforce disciplined sales execution, territory planning, pipeline management, and relationship coverage.
  • Balance innovation with simplicity, reducing field administrative burden while increasing insight, adoption, and impact.
  • Partner with technology to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture and technical decision rights.

Field Data, Analytics & Insight Strategy

  • Set the strategy for what insights matter most, how they are measured, and how they are delivered to the field.
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting are decision-driven, trusted, and embedded directly into Salesforce and field workflows.
  • Use data to influence leadership decisions, field behaviors, and prioritization, not just reporting consumption.

Field Adoption, Readiness & Change Leadership

  • Ensure Salesforce and analytics strategies are supported by strong adoption, change, and reinforcement models.
  • Partner closely with the larger Sales and Field Enablement team to translate platform changes into clear “what’s changing, why it matters, and how to use it” messaging.
  • Define usage expectations, success metrics, and accountability models across field roles and leaders.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops with the field to continuously improve tools, insights, and workflows.

Cross-Functional Governance & Prioritization

  • Establish and chair governance forums that balance field needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive transparent prioritization across Salesforce enhancements, analytics investments, and enablement initiatives.
  • Align core stakeholders around a shared roadmap and operating rhythm.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team across CRM Strategy, Salesforce Product Management, and Field Data & Analytics.
  • Set clear expectations, outcomes, and development plans aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and field-first decision making.
  • Model strong change leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading data strategy, analytics, platform strategy, or field performance insights in sales, relationship management, or field‑facing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports, with a strong point of view on what data is useful versus distracting.
  • Ability to think strategically about data and the CRM system.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, helping define structure, standards, and direction where none previously existed.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain platforms, data, and insights to non‑technical audiences.
  • A field‑first mindset, focused on ease of use, clarity, and adoption rather than data volume or technical complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, guiding decisions through insight, credibility, and partnership.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonuses or incentive opportunities.
