Managing Director & Head of Advisor Services Enterprise Solutions

Schwab Advisor Services Enterprise clients represent the firm’s most complex, fastest‑growing, and strategically important RIAs. As Managing Director, Enterprise Solutions Relationship Management, this leader will shape and execute Schwab’s growth strategy for Mega RIA clients—partnering with the industry’s largest firms as they scale organically, pursue M&A, and expand globally.

This role plays a leadership role in Schwab’s Enterprise Growth Acceleration agenda, positioning Schwab as the indispensable partner to sophisticated advisory firms navigating an increasingly agile and competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the multi‑year growth strategy for Enterprise clients.
  • Lead change in a rapidly evolving RIA marketplace, enabling agility, scale, and sustained growth
  • Design strategies that influence core economic value drivers (assets, flows, margins, retention, share of wallet)
  • Support Enterprise firms in global expansion and increasing operating complexity
  • Build next‑generation advisor enablement across strategy, leadership development, talent, platform, and AI
  • Drive enterprise go‑to‑market initiatives, including pay‑for‑service and transition support models
  • Serve as a senior executive sponsor to Enterprise clients and represent Schwab at marquee industry events
  • Partner across senior leadership, product, digital, and client experience teams to deliver differentiated outcomes

What you have


Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in the RIA marketplace with deep Enterprise‑level expertise
  • Extensive leadership experience managing producers and people managers of complex organizations
  • Proven success leading transformation, growth acceleration, and change management initiatives
  • Strong growth go‑to‑market and monetization experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated comfort engaging CEOs, founders, and Boards as a trusted strategic partner
  • Track record of developing leaders, building teams, and driving accountability
  • Series 7, 63; BA/BS required

  • Strategic, results‑oriented executive with strong business judgment
  • Highly collaborative leader with enterprise influence and executive presence
  • Confident communicator with the ability to inform, influence, and lead at the C‑suite level
  • Passion for building enduring businesses and developing next‑generation leaders
