The Director, Product Management | Digital Wealth Experiences will lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Schwab’s digital wealth advisory experiences, spanning client‑ and advisor‑facing capabilities that reinforce the value of Schwab’s holistic wealth management offers, Schwab Wealth Advisory and Schwab Advisor Network.

This role owns the end‑to‑end vision and roadmap for client and advisor digital wealth experiences, ensuring they are simple, intuitive, and scalable while supporting increasingly personalized and advice‑enabled journeys.

You will lead a team of senior product managers, partner deeply with technology, design, data, and business leaders, and operate at a fast pace with high executive engagement to deliver scalable, modern, and integrated digital advisory experiences

What You’ll Do

  • Own and articulate a clear product vision and multiyear roadmap for Schwab’s digital wealth experiences across client and advisor channels, ensuring alignment to broader advice and wealth strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of senior product managers responsible for various aspects of the client and advisory journey
  • Drive integration of platform capabilities and third‑party solutions (including GenAI‑enabled experiences) while ensuring Schwab retains ownership of data and experience quality and compliance standards.
  • Partner closely with Technology, UX, Data, Offer Management, and Business leaders to deliver cohesive, intuitive, and scalable digital wealth experiences.
  • Assess client, advisor, and representative needs; identify gaps and opportunities; and translate insights into prioritized product initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, business cases, and outcomes that demonstrate client and business impact.
  • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and executive‑level tradeoffs to drive timely, well‑reasoned product decisions at scale.
  • Lead with urgency, emotional intelligence, and strong partnership—moving fast while bringing stakeholders along the journey

What you have


Required

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, meaning wealth management, investment products, or advice‑based platforms in large, complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise of Wealth Management topics and the intersection of wealth tech
  • 5+ years of proven direct people leadership experience, including leading senior‑level product managers, hiring, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, experience building presentations and delivering to executive level audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and partner effectively with senior leaders and demanding stakeholders.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and execution skills in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data, client needs, and business priorities into clear product decisions and recommendations.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship‑building skills across product, technology, design, and business teams.
  • High emotional intelligence with a leadership style that balances urgency, accountability, and trusted partnership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

  • Already at a Director level
  • Experience leading enterprise‑scale digital platforms that support wealth experiences.
  • Experience integrating or scaling third‑party vendors within regulated financial environments.
  • Exposure to or hands‑on experience with GenAI or advanced analytics in client‑ or advisor‑facing digital products.
  • CFP designation and/or FINRA licenses (Series 7/24)
  • Advanced degree a plus.
