​We are seeking a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in DevOps practices and will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring smooth deployment, automation, and maintenance of our infrastructure and applications.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts and automation workflows.
• Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place.
• Work closely with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
• Document processes, procedures, and system architecture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.
  
  

What you have

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
• Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience working with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana.
• Scripting: Advanced skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline development.
• Cloud Platforms: Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containers: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and Git workflows.
• IaC Tools: Experience with Terraform, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with security practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with database administration and optimization.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using best practices to support live applications.
• Prioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systems.
• Consolidates software changes into secure, stable releases using best practices.
• Ensures systems align with cloud architectures using modern design methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
