Here, you will work alongside teams who create solutions that support millions of clients every day. The work you do is more than daily operations – it’s a chance to experiment, learn, and build within a values-driven, supportive environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our early growth phase and shape something new, backed by the stability and strength of a Fortune 500 company. Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region.

We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead program level end to end (E2E) test planning and execution across complex, distributed systems. You will execute the QA strategy and own delivery for high impact test initiatives, establish and scale test automation, and drive the readiness of non production environments and test data so teams can release confidently and on time. This role combines hands on engineering with monitoring peers, partnering with product, engineering, and operations to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

  • Define and govern the E2E testing approach for the program, including scope, entry/exit criteria, risk-based test design, cross-domain orchestration, status reporting, and issue remediation.
  • Lead multi-application and partner integrations; coordinate upstream/downstream dependencies, cross-team scenarios, and release-level sign-offs.
  • Oversee processes for status reporting and issue remediation, ensuring timely and transparent progress.
  • Ensure functional testing sign-offs from impacted applications precede E2E execution; manage defects and drive closure.
  • Execute the QA strategy and own delivery for complex, high-impact test initiatives across Agile/SAFe SDLC teams.
  • Standardize E2E test management stages (initiation, planning, design, execution, summary) and ensure alignment with program boards and story linkage for data/environment/test work items.
  • Participate in technical governance and help facilitate overall product quality standards with development and business teams.
  • Establish and scale maintainable automation (regression, smoke, feature validation) integrated into sprint workflows; enforce code quality and coverage goals.
  • Mentor SDETs/QA engineers on framework patterns, test design, and tooling; partner with feature teams to improve testability and shift-left practices.
  • Ensure automation is constantly running, analyzing, and promptly reporting on failures.
  • Own readiness of non-production environments (availability, configuration, dependencies) and test data (creation, refresh, masking, referential integrity) for E2E scenarios.
  • Coordinate environment issue intake/triage to minimize downtime and unblock testing quickly.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineering leads, and operations to align plans, schedules, and metrics; communicate status, risks, and decisions crisply.
  • Liaise with product teams to integrate project plans, testing schedules, and metrics reporting.
  • Mentor and coach QA/SDET peers and cross-functional teams on E2E practices, automation patterns, defect prevention, and quality mindset.
  • Support onboarding and continuous skill development aligned to Agile/SAFe technical agility competencies.

  • Strong skills in risk-based testing, root-cause analysis, test design, and quality review cycles.
  • Sees end-to-end workflows across tiers, domains, and external partners; anticipates failure modes and mitigates.
  • Applies automation pyramids, clean code practices, CI/CD, and testability improvements to accelerate quality delivery.
  • Elevates team capabilities; standardizes workflows; fosters a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in PI/Sprint ceremonies; plan E2E scope aligned to MVP/value objectives; track outcomes via program boards.
  • Maintain daily execution and triage rhythms; report progress via dashboards; drive RCA and corrective actions into backlogs.
