Key Responsibilities:

  • Production support duties for the IAM team, including troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring data, and debugging approval requests.
  • Work with IAM products (OIM, IIQ, PING).
  • Administer IAM systems and resolve issues. Ability to follow the SOP and work under guidance.
  • Experience with SQL queries and UNIX systems. Investigate security/user incidents and resolve access-related issues.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Supports incident resolution through structured processes and service restoration
  • Supports security management for projects, ensuring system confidentiality, integrity, and availability
  • Assists risk-based audit activities to ensure compliance and process effectiveness
  • Assists in deploying and monitoring security controls while maintaining records
  • Experience with SQL queries and UNIX systems.
  • Bachelor Degree in computer Science or related field, with 2+ years of Cybersecurity Experience.
