The Bank Platform Overview

The Bank Platform is an essential part of the Schwab Banks system software ecosystem, supporting both Charles Schwab Bank and Premier Bank entities. This platform underpins all banking business capabilities, including client self-service functions, tools for client-facing professionals, and internal systems that enable the bank to meet its financial obligations, as well as risk and regulatory requirements. It consists of a combination of APIs, integration mechanisms, and data stores, with a strong reliance on vendor solutions. The platform connects with most Schwab system domains and integrates with tools used by business operations teams.
