  • Facilitate program-level events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Enable successful PI outcomes by supporting creation of Program Boards and committed PI Objectives.
  • Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies; escalate as needed to protect delivery flow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by assessing ART agility and guiding improvements through Inspect & Adapt practices.
  • Analyze and interpret program-level metrics to provide transparency into progress toward objectives and feature completion.
  • Create and maintain PI Planning calendars and program timeboxes to support predictable execution.
  • Coach the ART on agile practices, collaboration techniques, and technical agility (such as Continuous Integration and Behavior-Driven Development).
  • Strengthen collaboration across teams, Architects, Quality Assurance, Application Development, and other technology partners.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to address bottlenecks, support economic decision-making, and encourage lean-agile budgeting.
  • Promote collaboration and shared learning through Communities of Practice and active participation in the RTE community.
  • Support cross-ART coordination and alignment to advance the organization’s agile transformation journey.
  • Model inclusive, collaborative, and servant leadership behaviors; facilitate conflict resolution across teams and stakeholders.
  • Aid with economic decision-making by facilitating Epic estimation by teams and roll-up to program level visibility.
  • Encourage lean-agile budgeting practice.
