Your opportunity

At Schwab, our purpose is to help people invest and plan for their futures with confidence. Schwab Technology Services supports this mission by delivering innovative, reliable technology solutions that power how clients manage their money.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office 4 days per week.

The Compliance & Legal Vendor Technology organization delivers a coordinated, forward-thinking approach to enhancing Corporate Systems platforms that support critical business functions across Schwab. As part of this team, you will play a key role in translating complex business needs into clear, scalable technology solutions that improve how work gets done across the organization.

As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, you will act as a bridge between business and technology partners, shaping solutions that modernize systems, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will guide initiatives across the full lifecycle—from discovery and requirements definition through development, testing, and deployment—ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Your ability to analyze data, assess system impacts, and define structured solutions will directly support informed decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine functional specifications, support system design through artifacts such as use cases and diagrams, and contribute to process improvements that enable more flexible and efficient product delivery. Success in this role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving resolution. You will also support testing activities, validate solutions against requirements, and partner with teams to address production issues by identifying root causes and guiding corrective actions.

This is an opportunity to influence outcomes, strengthen collaboration across teams, and contribute to evolving technology capabilities that enhance both internal operations and client experiences.
