Aspiring Talent Academy.

Our Aspiring Talent Academy is an entry level, part-time paid internship for students who have completed their junior year of college credits by their cohort start date. During this program, you will join our Client Service and Support (CS&S) team, receive on-the-job training, and gain real-world experience by providing world class service to Schwab clients.


Program requirements.

20-hour work week commitment.
    • Monday, 8am–4:30pm
    • Wednesday, 8am–4:30pm
    • Friday, 8am–12pm

Work on-site at a Schwab corporate office: Austin, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Indianapolis, Omaha, or Phoenix.

    Get to know Schwab Client Service and Support (CS&S) leaders through roundtable discussions and 1:1 meetings.

    Deepen your knowledge with financial services training and an introduction to both the Charles Schwab Foundation and Moneywise America™, our flagship financial literacy program for teens.

  • Networking.

    Build relationships with Client Service and Support professionals, job shadow, and explore different career paths in service at Schwab.

The Aspiring Talent Academy (ATA) offers two cohorts each year with start dates in January and September.
