Charles Schwab is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technology Risk Management Associate to do AI risk assessments within our cybersecurity organization, reporting to the Director of AI Security Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in protecting the integrity of the business for projects and programs within the designated business area, utilizing the identification and classification of technical risk operations.
  • Supports the implementation of effective technical risk management practices, such as risk consulting, identification, and frameworks, following prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments and monitoring of technology-related controls.
  • Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Escalate issues effectively and maintain documentation for compliance.

What you have


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or Cybersecurity or Computer Science or Risk Management, or related field.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their associated risks preferred, along with familiarity in regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Internship experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
