Schwab’s Confidentiality, Nonsolicitation and Intellectual Property Ownership Agreements

Upon being hired by Schwab, all employees are required to sign a Confidentiality, Nonsolicitation and Intellectual Property Ownership (CNIPO) Agreement.  There are different versions of the CNIPO Agreement depending upon the employee’s work location.  You can review a copy of the CNIPO Agreement applicable to your situation by clicking the appropriate link listed below:

1. California
2. Colorado (for Colorado employees under statutory threshold)
3. Illinois
4. Louisiana
5. North Dakota and Oklahoma
6. All locations other than CA, IL, LA, ND, OK (and CO under threshold)
