What you are good at

Job Description:  Responsible for leading End to End Performance metrics for the TDA conversion, Status Reporting, Test Plans, Test Cases, Scripts, Results, Test Readiness Reviews, post-implementation Reviews. Where appropriate review and approve test plans ensuring alignment with standards and Governance. Lead Performance metrics walkthrough reviews, Co-ordination of Test Execution (End-to-End) with various Application/ Domains involved in data collection and coming up with overall increased performance. Collaborate with technology, Business, and platform teams to architect Performance solutions to meet business needs. Create a central Repository for application teams and work with them to improve overall performance during the Conversion.   Work from HQ address or various unanticipated locations throughout USA. Telecommuting acceptable.

What you have

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related role.

Skills: Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Request Review process and Performance Risk Analysis – creating testing strategy and assessing Performance Scalability Risk Analysis;
  2. Performance Testing and the use of various Performance Tools, creating scripts that are reusable and a strong knowledge of Architectural Design – HP LOADRUNNER (HPO­M 18), Jmeter , Quality Center 9.0, ALM 11, BMC Perceiver, Grafana , AppDynamics 4.2, JMeter, Introscope, Sitescope and DynaTrace;
  3. Analyze performance statistics (response time, throughput, network load, etc) of production applications to confirm performance projections and application usage trends;
  4. Conduct performance and stress testing using LoadRunner and SiteScope to depict the application bottlenecks and monitor server health & heartbeat;
  5. Application Performance and Testing/ Documenting and designing reports, test cases, scenarios and script procedures; creating test scripts in VUGEN using various protocols and executing them by designing scenarios to replicate use cases;
  6. Defect Issues/ Reporting - HP QUALITY CENTER 9.2 (HPO­M 15) & JIRA; and
  7. SQL queries, C, C++, Java.
