In this exciting role, you'll learn to educate our clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You will earn your Securities licenses in our paid licensing and training program. Financial Services Representatives are an essential component of our client relationship model that has consistently set Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade apart within the financial services industry. Phase 2 10 Weeks

    Training Learn about Schwab’s products, services, processes, and systems in Advanced Service Essentials. All the essential knowledge you need to get you started.

    After completing Advanced Service Essentials, you will again have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a supported environment with ongoing coaching from your manager.

    Licensing In Phase 2 of Schwab Service Academy, you will complete the Series 7 and Series 63 examinations and become a fully licensed Registered Representative.

Phase 3 6 Weeks

What you are good at


In this exciting customer service role, you’ll learn to educate our clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirements choices, in addition to earning your Securities licenses in our paid licensing and training program. Through paid training and ongoing mentorship until you feel comfortable in your role, we will set you up for continuous development in Service and more!

  • Paid training and support to help you obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
  • Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
  • Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location begins at $49,192 during training (increases depending on related experience and your specific location), plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation range to $56,311 ($51,192 base pay, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases
