Your Training Program: It’s just the start of your ongoing professional development journey at Schwab.
Phase 1 7 Weeks
Training Learn the foundations of Client Service at Schwab through Basic Service Essentials.
Nesting You will begin to apply what you’ve learned and use your knowledge to assist Schwab clients with the support of seasoned mentors and managers at your side, to help you build confidence.
Licensing With the support of Licensing professionals, you will prepare for and complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination.
Phase 2 10 Weeks
Training Learn about Schwab’s products, services, processes, and systems in Advanced Service Essentials. All the essential knowledge you need to get you started.
After completing Advanced Service Essentials, you will again have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a supported environment with ongoing coaching from your manager.
Licensing In Phase 2 of Schwab Service Academy, you will complete the Series 7 and Series 63 examinations and become a fully licensed Registered Representative.
Phase 3 6 Weeks
Training The final training phase of Schwab Service Academy is Trading and Investing Essentials where you will grow your financial aptitude with more advanced financial concepts.
Nesting The final phase of Nesting will help you apply the knowledge you’ve gained through training and licensing and deliver a world class client experience, always with the help of your manager and mentors.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location begins at $47,800 during training (increases depending on related experience and your specific location), plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation range to $54,780 ($49,800 base pay, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.
