Design and development of web applications and use various monitoring analysis, and reporting tools. Develop web services integrating with third party platforms. Deploy software applications and services to various platforms using modern blue/green deployment techniques within cloud platforms. Collaborate with product owners, application architects, and engineers to gather non-functional application requirements to define infrastructures, environments, and use case workloads.

Position allows for partial remote work (2-3 times in the office). Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Austin, TX.Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

What you have

Job Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science or related field. Requires 4 years of experience software development methodologies which mustinclude some experience in each of the following skills: Angular, JQuery, Handlebar js, and Backbone js; C#, WCF, and Web services; RESTful API services using .NET Core; PivotalCloud Foundry (PCF); DevOps and CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket and Git); Splunk to create custom dashboards and alerts using Splunk queries; and MongoDB.
